Topic/Skill: Writing

During this session the students were to work on their tropicana speech for classwork. Henry and Alexander had already started their speeches, but I gave them some more ideas for their speeches and also helped them with sentence structure and basic spelling mistakes. When helping with the speeches I realized that I knew a lot more about grammar and sentence structure than I thought I did. While going over their speeches I could immediately notice when something wasn’t right within a sentence or the paragraph.
