Topic/Skill : Writing, Gerunds, and proof-reading 
Feedback given to the Tutee : I met with Vincente today during the lunch break of the students and we went over several things in his writing. Vincente is in group 3 or 4 for composition and he asked me if I could proof-read his first draft. I tried not to make any nitpicking error corrections on grammar and I was trying to focus on his content that was being written in the paper. The content that Vincente was writing about was good and I thought that he expressed the prompt well enough. I do think that he needs to concentrate on the correct usage of verbs. Several times in his paper he would miswrite verbs and he needed to implement the gerund for it to make sense. 
Feedback : This was one of the few people that I have tutored that has a high degree of English under their belt. It was very interesting to see his thought process and how easy it was to converse with me. I am so used to tutoring individuals at lower ESL/EFL levels and I think it is way easier to teach individuals at the group 3 stage.
